Customised Designs

Our team have the experience and skills to adapt the design of your conversion to create a unique space to suit all your needs. We can add cinema rooms, saunas, wet rooms, customised seating and shelving, fitted wardrobes, and cupboards to any room.

Workmanship Guarantee

A 10 year workmanship guarantee is provided for each of our projects as well as building regulation completion certificates, and Electrical and Gas safety certificates.

Certified Subcontractors

All subcontractors we use to complete electrical and gas work are trusted professionals whom we are happy to recommend. They are all members of national bodies in the construction industry such as NiCEIC, NAPIT, GAS SAFE, HETAS, FMB.

Project Management

To ensure that high standards are maintained and customer's needs are met we have a dedicated project manager who oversees all of the projects on a daily basis. He is also on hand to answer any questions you may have and provide updates on the work.

Structural Adaptations

Most residential conversions take place in period houses where the layout of the structure does not fit in with the modern way of life. We can remodel your home by completely changing the layout of walls, roofs, floors and foundations. All structural work is carried out in accordance with a structural engineer and inspected by a building inspector.

Fixed Price Guarantee

Once the scope of the work, fixings and fitting, and quotations have been agreed, we guarantee that the price to deliver that set of work will not increase.

Basements

All our basement conversions include a waterproofing system designed to comply with BS8102:2009. This installation provides a habitable environment in the basement, ready to be renovated into a bedroom, lounge, cinema, store room or anything else you require. Not enough head room? We have specialists who are experienced in underpinning, and can lower the floor level to accommodate your needs. Haven’t got enough space? We can excavate other rooms to create additional space in the basement, completing all structural work required.

Lofts

Converting a roof space from a storage area into a beautiful bedroom, en suite or office can seem problematic to the untrained eye. Things like restricted head height, space for a staircase, awkward roof structures, plus building regulations and planning permission can make the project seem impossible. Don’t worry, we can take care of all of the above. We offer a variety of services including hip to gable conversions, dormers, as well as Veluxes.

Garages

A garage conversion can add extra needed space to your home. We can make the alterations required to turn a garage into an amazing bedroom, lounge, kitchen, or office. This may require improving the foundations, thermal upgrading to the walls and floors, and new damp-proof courses installed followed by new electrics and plumbing where required. Once these are completed, the room can be transformed into whatever you and your family need.
